• 30-day returns — Customer can return an unused/unworn product within 30 days for a refund.

• Free repairs for defects — If something breaks because of a manufacturing/material issue, I repair it for free, but buyer covers shipping.

• Damage from normal use — I offer repairs at a low cost, depending on what happened but buyer covers shipping.

• Wrong size — I allow exchanges for a different size as long as the belt is unused.

• Shipping: Customer pays return shipping for normal returns/exchanges. I cover shipping if the product arrived defective.

• Final-sale/custom items: Custom or personalized products are not returnable unless they're defective.

• Proof of purchase: I require an order number or receipt.
